Prices

The ‘total order cost’ displayed in your shopping cart and at the checkout stage is the price you pay. Any packaging and delivery charges will be clearly shown and included in the total.

Delivery and packaging charges

Most orders incur a ‘minimum parcel fee’, this covers the basic cost of postage and packaging. For each item that you add to your shopping cart, an additional shipping fee is added to the total to take account of the extra weight in the package.

If ordering just a shade card or pattern, with no other products, the minimum parcel fee doesn't apply because the package will be less bulky.

Costs vary depending on the country of delivery and all charges are clearly shown in the shopping cart and at the checkout stage.  You can set your country when you enter an item in the shopping cart and the exact delivery charges will be shown throughout the remainder of your shopping session.

Delivery methods

Our standard method for UK delivery is Royal Mail Second Class. We reserve the right to use other methods at any time. We aim to provide a fast, efficient and cost-effective service at all times and if any delay is expected in fulfilling your order, we will keep you informed.

Payment and security

Online payments are taken by PayPal on our behalf and will always be made over a secure connection. This can be checked by viewing the closed padlock icon in most browsers, or checking that the address of the PayPal site begins with ‘https’.  Note that prior to and after the payment stage a secure connection is not required or suggested.

We do not process card payments ourselves and never store card or bank details in any form. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

Acceptance of an order

An order is not accepted until we receive the payment in full including the shipping charge(s) for your delivery location.  You will receive a receipt from PayPal when you make a successful payment and this should be kept and produced in the event of any query.  In the event that the payment received is less than our usual price for the item(s) and relevant shipping fee(s), howsoever that underpayment was caused, we retain the right to withhold the item(s) and refund in full any money that you have paid.

Returns and refunds

In the unlikely event that we supply a product that is faulty, we will offer a direct replacement or refund the cost of the goods in full providing that we are satisfied that the goods supplied are indeed faulty.

Availability of goods

In the event that we have insufficient stock to fulfill your order we will contact you to offer a substitute, a delayed delivery date or a refund.

General disclaimer

We accept no liability for any loss, however caused, through the use of our web site beyond the value of any goods that you have paid for.
